Despite all the horror stories I read about various brokerages online, I went with Ship A Car Direct because they were Better Business Bureau accredited and responsive to my online inquiry for a quote. It was very easy to convert the quote to an order, also via online process. The transporter was friendly and personable, available by phone or text message. Delivery was actually a bit earlier than expected, which was good because so many people online complained of late deliveries. The transporter educated me on the process from his perspective. Overall, it was so much less stressful than I had anticipated. Thank you to all involved!
