While it could have had to do with the origination city (Cleveland) or the destination city (Portland) or a combination, the car was picked up much later than originally forecasted and it arrived later than forecasted. Other than the lack of timeliness and some so so communication, the experience was okay. The car got to the destination undamaged and there were no surprise costs.

Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we can not guarantee dates, but it's good the vehicle made it safe! Thanks for your review!
