Our apologies if you were given the wrong expectations by Scott. We can not guarantee pick up by a certain date, and we will make sure next time that Scott is being clear on time frames and dates. Our sales reps are usually not in on the weekend, which is why our Customer Service team is there to help, and although they are located in Pakistan, our company is located in Colorado. Maybe there was some confusion with that, but we are glad that you were able to get your car moved. We appreciate your feedback and if you would like to try us again in the future we will waive our fee.
