Overall we were very happy with this service.

This was our very first experience in having a car shipped.

Scott was very helpful in working out the logistics.

We encountered a delay at the time pf pickup. The driver did keep us informed but we would have preferred knowing the potential for delays that are out of the driver's control. The driver had numerous auction pickups that appeared to take a priority over our pickup time and that is where he also encountered delays.

When we met the driver we were very pleased. He was very personable & we felt very comfortable that he had the experience level we were hoping for. The carrier itself was very clean and appeared well maintained.

The driver told us to expect the car in SC on Wed. (pickup in PA was on Sat.) He texted us on Monday that he could deliver on Tues. morning & he was right on time.

We would definitely use this service again.
