Ship Direct made the process in identifying an auto transport carrier easy at a reasonable cost. I was needing my Corvette transported to our new home in AZ and a quality transporter was very important. The price I received was very competitive for an enclosed carrier. Communication from Ship Direct throughout the process was very good. Once the transport carrier was selected the communication with the transport carrier was not very good. The carrier is Kingdom Transport. I had to initiate communication and they gave me a date for pickup and driver would call. They did not show up on that date so I had to follow up. They gave me a second date and they did show up on that date but not until midnight. The driver was very good to work with and kept me advised while in route. He delivered the car when promised. The car was dirty from traveling in the enclosed carrier but arrived without damage.
