Cash Only? Feels dicey.....BUT they got the job done

This was my first time using a car transport service.
It feels odd handing over keys to someone who only accepts cash at the end of a transaction.
I usually find a great deal of comfort in large transactions by using my credit card in case something goes wrong.
However, I went with it (ordered extra insurance) and hoped for the best.
I was given time estimates that ended up being a bit longer than promised. But in the end, my car was delivered to me in the same condition (to my current knowledge) as I handed it over in. Still wish it werent a cash only situation, but yes I'd use them again.
