Overall I thought the service provided was great. My only issue was that cash on delivery is the preferred method for payment by the transport company. I was not at the receiving end of the movement and did not want to pay the transport company until I confirmed the vehicle had arrived safely. It was difficult to coordinate a payment method acceptable to the auto moving company - it took several 'extra' days of phone calls and a payment of several fees to transfer 'cash' to the company. There has to be a more effective way to handle this situation.
