Ship-A-Car direct completed the shipment as planned. The trucking contractor used for this transport was excellent. The driver Ken was able to pick up the car the following morning. The dealer indicated he completed a very thorough inspection of the car to document any imperfections prior to transport. Ken called four times during the transport to keep me up to date on his progress toward delivery. The car was delivered in great condition and in a very timely manner. I will get a rebate with this review however, I will not hesitate to use Ship-A-Car Direct the next time I need this service.
