I am going to be honest here. This was my first time doing this service. I was going to give 5 star but the car was rly dirty and the car started to make weird noises every time when I increased the speed of the car. Customer service was GREAT and ShipaCarDirect did a fantastic job. I wish I can give them 4.5 but it wasn't 5/5 but close enough to be rly good.

You are right, cars do arrive dirty after being transported hundreds of miles uncovered! Thanks for your positive feedback otherwise!
