I got an excellent price to have a large truck picked up in Nebraska and delivered to Connecticut. It took 2 weeks to get a suitable hauler assigned, but Matt was very up front from the beginning and I knew that it would take some time due to the size and condition of the vehicle. Throughout the process, Matt kept me informed and stayed diligent looking for the right hauler. Once a hauler was assigned, the actual pickup and delivery process went exceptionally smooth with lots of communication between Ship a Car Direct, the assigned hauler, the seller and myself. I am overall VERY pleased with the service and would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and the hauler RRR Auto Express.
