Karen was very helpful in making the arrangements for transport. Plans were in place to deliver the car but my husband had to be rushed to the hospital and plans to return to New York had to be delayed. I contacted Karen and she contacted the transport company to change the delivery date. She then contacted me to inform me that the transport company would hold the car until we returned. It was a great relief to know that I did not have to worry about the car being delivered to New York while we were still in Florida.
