Ship A Car Direct was very easy to deal with they returned my call and emails promptly. It was 5 days past the pick up date and I was given the option to have my truck picked up for 50.00 more than what i was quoted or could wait longer for someone else to pick it up for the original quote price. I paid the 50.00 extra because i wanted my truck although I believe I should have not had to. It was a quote not an estimate. The delivery was quick and the driver was very friendly. My truck arrived in the same condition as it was picked up in.
