Emily provided me with the best customer service during the entire process, as I called and emailed her often, from the beginning to the end, and she maintained a professional and informative disposition the entire time. I was extremely happy with Emily's prompt and efficient reassignment of carriers, as the initial carrier was unable to meet my change in the pick up date, and Emily was able to reschedule the pick up, as I needed with a new carrier, and without an issue.The pick up was close to my home and on time! Once my car made it to Los Angeles, I was contacted by the carrier and given a delivery-time window, then contacted again, once my car was being delivered at my residence, it was awesome! The driver was professional, and nothing was taken from my car (and I mean nothing), so I was very happy with Emily, the carrier service (INJ Inc.) and the entire process with the Ship a car Direct team!
