I am very pleased that I selected Ship A Car Direct to coordinate the transport of my car from Houston, Texas to Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Scott, the contact representative, was very professional and informative about the process involved for the transport. This was a very new experience for me, therefore, the continuous emailed information, the immediate phone call responses, the website videos that were available, and the great reviews online helped me feel secure about choosing Ship A Car Direct. My car was picked up by the carrier a few days early (which was fine), and delivered in 3 days. The driver for the carrier was friendly, very courteous and accommodating at coordinating the scheduled delivery of the car to my son who is in the military. Although the car was dirty from the drive, it was in perfect shape. My son was very excited to get the car a few days early. I am overall pleased and would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct transport service. The entire process was professional and efficient. It was a great experience.
