Actual delivery excellent, but pickup 5 days late was frustrating

My rep and I were in constant contact, but a carrier was only found several days past my targeted pickup date. I had to get my cousin to help take custody of my car since my 1 way flight was already booked. I was lucky to have help, but it was very inconvenient. Once delivery was confirmed, the pickup was on time, 8 days from NY to CA, and delivery was seamless, car condition was great and not dirty (though it was raining on delivery day).
