First time using a auto transport company to move a vehicle , given a lot of quotes via email and phone and read reviews on company's online . Ship a car direct was knowledgeable and kept me informed on the process with the carrier from ship dates and arrival times . The car made it out in a week of winter driving , and the carrier kept my customer informed on delivery within a 2 hour window of arrival , Eric from ship a car direct always answered or returned my calls promptly with any questions I had . I will use then again on any future shipping .
