Overall great experience with ship a car direct and the assigned carrier Advance Auto Transport Llc. My contact person - Eric was super helpful and prompt with communication through the whole process. Even though the car was picked up later than we planned for I understand that this is the nature of the business and finding reliable carriers can take a while sometime. I didn't mind waiting for this reason. After the car was picked up in San Diego I was surprised when it only took 6 days to get to us in Florida. Car arrived in perfect condition as it was handed over in San Diego. Will definitely use ship a car direct again if needed.
