This is the first time that we had to ship a car and were not sure what to expect. Our daughter had recently relocated to CA and needed a car to arrive within a very specific time window (due to school/job constraints). She needed the car to arrive on the 10th of February. Ship a Car Direct took our order on the 27th of January and found a carrier within one day that would pickup on the 1st of February to asure it was delivered on the 10th.

The driver they picked was extremely courteous and competent. We were able to talk to directly to driver to schedule the pickup time right down to a 30 minute window. He was waiting for us at the pickup location. He thoroughly inspected the car and let us take our own photos. He delivered the car to our daughter on time (10th February).

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Even the $1,100 price was reasonable for the size of the vehicle (Ford Fusion).

Ship a Car Direct has offered us a $30 credit if we would write a review. Honestly, we would have written this review even without the consideration.
