My first time using this service, but the entire process was quick and uncomplicated. I live on the west coast and had a family friend handle the car hand off on the east coast. The driver there was very diligent in identifying damages. This protects both parties since the vehicle was handed off to an affiliated firm. I guess its a long haul, short haul split type of service. Contact numbers and emails throughout the process assured I was in the loop. I was concerned handing cash to Eugene, when it was Dean that picked up the car. A couple calls calmed my fears. I was given a 9:30 to 11:00 window. Eugene called 9:30 to tell me he would arrive at 10:30. I was concerned for the transport size with being in a cul-de-sac. I told Eugene I'd meet him four house up at the entrance. As I prepared to walk over at 10:30, there he was at my door, keys in hand, car in my driveway. We did a thorough inspection and that was it. Very satisfied, and the pricing was comparable.
