Contacted David directly from their website. It was our first time shipping a car. He booked Safe Auto Transport and then driver who handled our car was also a professional. He gave us frequent updates as he was going to Ohio and through the February snow storm.
David handled our worries with care and the prompt emails to keep us inform was appreciated. I would go with Ship a Car direct again if ever we have to.
