My experience with Ship a Car Direct was great. I was really nervous going into this experience since I had heard horror stories about the auto transport industry. I explained that I had to catch a flight by a certain date so we needed to make sure my car was picked up prior to my flight. Once I made my reservation and paid my deposit, a carrier was assigned within a few days. The carrier was great about keeping me updated on their whereabouts. I was not warned that the truck would not be able to come to my street, so at the last minute I was told I needed to meet them somewhere. They paid for my cab fare to get back home. I was able to catch my flight on time and my car arrived in TX a few days later. I will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again in the future - they had great customer service and it was overall a very smooth operation.
