I signed up way ahead of time, which was somewhat frustrating as nothing happens until the last minute. I heard from them the day before my first possible pickup date and referred me to a great driver who was supposed to pick me up the next day. A one day delay happened due to exhaust problems on the truck, but the driver constantly kept me up to date on what was happening. He then picked it up and had it in Florida ahead of schedule. I was delayed due to a blizzard in Denver and the driver kept it for me and delivered it when I asked and even met me at the car rental return so I could drop off my rental and pick up my car at the same time.

Thanks for the five star review, Steve! You are so right about signing up too early - there just isn't news in advance. Shipping schedules usually confirm a day or two from your pick-up date.
