From the beginning to the time our vehicle was delivered it was a great decision! I couldn't be happier with the service. When moving your family cross country, buying houses, selling houses and packing it was all a little overwhelming. So when we realized we needed a transport carrier for our car it was just another bundle of stress being added to our move. I confess, I didn't know where to start, so I used one of those websites that asks you to fill out a form and they will contact you with a number of carriers that will bid on your transport. What they didn't say is that your email will EXPLODE! I got dozens of emails, with prices that ranged from expensive to cheap. On top of that, as I begin going through the emails almost everyone one of them said that the other carriers were not to be trusted...great! So why should I trust you? At this moment, I realized that I didn't have enough information to make an informed decision. Fortunately, I contacted Ship-A-Car Direct and spoke with a representative, Tom, who patiently explained the company's service, answered every question. He even took the time to explain the way his industry works, in terms that was easy to understand. And when it was time to ship, Tom walked me through each step. There were no surprises. Thanks Tom! Thanks Ship-A-Car Direct for taking some of the stress off us, and doing exactly what you promised to do!
