Stefan was great, helped me out and made me feel very comfortable with the transport of my very rare and classic 1971 Nissan Skyline Coupe KPGC10.

The truck driver was not so great, he was days late to pick up the car, he didn't ring me, I had to ring him to see when he was picking up the car from the original owner. I then had to ring him to see where he was on delivery day, then a few days late he tells me his truck was broken and he had to fix some air ram or something and that he would be there tomorrow around 2pm. Closer to 6pm he rings me and tells me he is on Hollywood Blvd and that I would have to come to him, it was a 15 min drive for me, lucky my sister had a car I could use and my wife could drop me to him in it otherwise this would have been a huge inconvenience, it would be about a 45min walk. When I arrived at the car and asked him why he was parked here so far away from me, he tells me because the streets are to small. Absolute BS! as he could have driven a lot further up Hollywood to the intersection of our street and hollywood, which I would have only need to walk 5min to him. He didn't even see what the streets were like, I could tell because he was directly off the 101 Freeway and had just pulled over straight away. He was unacceptable and I was quite annoyed on the day.

On a positive note, he was quick to unload, the car was ready and on the street when I got to him, the was fast with the receipt and most importantly the car was completely undamaged. Am giving a 4 star rating, would be a 5 star for stefan.
