David at Ship-A-Car Direct was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Overall, the experience was positive and if I need to ship a car again, I would consider using the same company or recommending this company to friends. The only hiccup I had was that the initial quote for delivery was not attainable due to current market conditions and the route we needed. This resulted in a slightly higher total price than what was initially quoted, and not securing a carrier until 2 days prior to our pickup window. I initially inquired about delivery/quote over two weeks prior. This might just be the norm for shipping companies.
