Pro: the shipment is quick- it took them 5 days to ship my car from east to west coast, and the contact person is very nice.

Cons: 1. When I asked for quote I clearly requested them to pick up by next Friday and they agreed, but the next Thursday they suddenly told me there was no car available before Saturday.
2. When delivered my car was extremely dirty, fully covered by dust and oily soil that I had to take a manual car wash to see windows and side mirrors.

Thanks for your positive feedback, Annie! You are right on both points: the timing estimates are estimates so it's best to allow a little wiggle room, and cars do need a good wash after being transported across the country!
