Scott was very responsive to me and all my questions and phone calls. This was my first time transporting a car by shipment. Scott did a great job explaining the whole process as well as the industry. My car had a very tight window to be picked up and it all came thru as planned. Excellent communication and reassurance! Thanks Scott, will definitely use you again when the time come to transport another family vehicle!!
