Overall my experience was good. This is my first car move and felt how i am going to handle this. Searched, read reviews, got quotes on net from so many car movers and finally picked “Ship a car Direct”. Matt was the in-charge person for my car move. He communicated very well from starting to ending. They assigned my car to “VK Express” carrier. The driver and “VK Express” communicated very well and have no issues with them. My car delivered on time with NO damage. My only complaint was my car delivered dirty outside (I can understand that my car travelled in open air for so many miles, weather conditions etc). Have to do car wash.
