Scott at Ship A Car Direct provided excellent customer service. He answered all my calls and emails (I had a lot) right away, including weekends. He explained the entire process to me, and warned me that I wouldn't have an absolute date confirmation until approx. 2 weeks out. He also guaranteed the quoted price, assuring me that it wouldn't change. He was knowledgeable enough to answer my questions about insurance as well as payment options.
I called Ship A Car Direct initially, because of their high rating. The customer service would make me use them again.
