I recently shipped my car from Florida to California and chose the enclosed carrier option. I did extensive research before choosing Ship A Car Direct. Matt, my contact person, was very helpful without being pushy. He sent follow-up emails, links to helpful videos, and was always available if I had questions. Matt was honest and professional. My car was assigned to Best Auto Movers. Their driver, Paul, was courteous, reliable, and on time. He contacted me with an update before pickup and delivery. I highly recommend this company for competitive pricing, professional customer service, and safe shipment of your car.
