Gaby from ship a car direct was excellent. She spent time with my wife and I on the phone, explained the process, and broke down the entire process from time windows, to when the cars are picked up and delivered. Regarding delivery, the driver actually got down to Florida before we actually arrived, Gaby was able to coordinate the delivery without a hitch, and the cars were able to be left with staff from the apartment community we were moving to. When we got there all three cars were safe and sound. We recommend ship a car direct without any hesitation.
