Scott was my primary guy to handle the move, and I'm thankful he was available as the middle man due to the problems I had with first company who took the job. He was able to get the situation cleared up quickly, and a new company was assigned for pickup that day. My vehicle ended up being picked a day late, but given the circumstances and turn around, that was no fault of the Ship A Car Direct company, and ended up being quicker than anticipated. Thanks!
