The transport of my vehicle from coast-to-coast occurred seamlessly - from the first contact with Matt of Ship A Car Direct to delivery of the pick-up. The arrangement process was simple and the entire process was efficient and professionally handled. From first contact with Matt to delivery of my pick-up took less than 2 weeks, including a few days on my part to reach decision to move forward with the process. The transport company used - Omega Express - was similarly easy to work with, maintained necessary communications as for pick-up and delivery timings, and their drive was definitely a professional also. All in all I was entirely pleases with the process and it was a success.

I am receiving a nominal rebate off my transport cost - which was noted at time of making the arrangement. I would be providing this attestation regardless, as I thoroughly appreciated the professionalism of the process from start to finish.
