The carrier did a good job at communicating with us about his ETA and updating us on the status of the car. However, he did not come at the scheduled times. He was late to pick up my vehicle. He was scheduled to come pick up the vehicle before I went to work, but he was an hour away so I had to leave the car in the parking lot with the keys in the tail pipe so that I could leave and go to work. Additionally, when he was dropping off the car in Atlanta, he arrived in the middle of the night which was very inconvenient for us. Overall, the car arrived safely and in very little time which was great. I think that the drivers should do a better job at coming at the scheduled times instead of showing up when they want. Because of the low price, I would certainly use this carrier again as they got the job done promptly.
