I had a fabulous experience from beginning to end! Jason kept me updated frequently from my initial request and schedule, including very informative and useful videos and phone aps. The information he provided gave me confidence that all would go well and it sure did! The car was expected to leave on a Monday. The carrier called to see if there was a chance it could leave the day before- no problem, new schedule. I had requested an enclosed carrier, expecting my car to travel with maybe three other cars. Instead, a beautiful clean single carrier arrived and the carrier couldn't have been more pleasant. The car took off promptly as scheduled. It arrived in Phoenix exactly 11 hours later and was ready to be dropped off, but it was delivered the following morning per our request. The car was in perfect condition! Our entire experience was ideal!
