There is nothing more stressful than having to relocate across the country in one month. Dogs, Horse, car, household - everything had to get there in one piece. I choose Ship-A-Car direct primarily because of the BBB rating - and the reviews. It was one less thing to worry about. I booked and went about packing everything up and turning things on and shutting things off and transferring new addresses - well, if you've ever moved, you know. A million details & the timing is crucial.
I received so many emails from Angela to let me know the status of the transport, I started to think they were all automated - that everyone in the company sent out emails from Angela. Then, to my surprise, I got a call from Angela to confirm things and ask if I had any more questions! So there really is an Angela!
I was just a little concerned because I had to fly out the day before the car shipped, so if anything went amiss, I wouldn't be there to handle it, but I shouldn't have been. The carrier called my contact that day, made arrangements for pickup the next day, showed up and away my car went.
Although I was told 7-10 days to get my car to Florida, it came 5 days later in perfect condition. He called and texted me the address closest to where he could his truck to drop my car off - a good thing because I am not yet familiar with my area. My car came in the same condition as it left LA. I sent Angela a quick email to let her know the car had arrived and she called me just to say thanks.
I had heard horror stories about other brokers so I highly recommend working with a Ship A Car Direct. A car is an expensive item, so it pays to go with the best. I think they take great pride in the work they do and You don't find that often anymore. Thanks Angela!
