Great Service over all. The car was picked up on the day I requested and arrived the date I asked. I received emails throughout the process letting me know what to expect and what to do. Customer service was exceptional, and Karen, whom I worked with, got back to me very quickly regarding to all my questions and concerns. It was a very good experience. Will definitely recommend to others.
