Ship a Car Direct was in my opinion was excellent. Karen was my rep and she was punctual, and very responsive answering all my questions. She should be given a raise. I had questions and called her. She did a great job and her performance was exemplary. I would strongly recommend this agency for transporting your vehicle.

The transporter was punctual with pickup and delivery. Although my cars battery was dead upon delivery. I took a picture of the carrier and there was no car in front of mine upon pickup. When the car was delivered another vehicle was in the slot ahead of mine. I can only conclude when that my car was moved and when replaced a door was left open resulting in the battery going down. The battery is only 2 years old. I have since placed a full charge on the battery and so far the car is starting since. I have not filed a damage claim report.

The price of the transport was excellent. Karen was superb. I will use Ship a Car Direct in the future.
