My experience with Ship A Car Direct was easy and worry-free. Although it was slightly more expensive than other quotes I had received, I went with them because of the quality of their website, the fact that they offered insurance independent of my own car insurance, and their online reputation (through reading reviews). I originally put the timeline for pickup Saturday through Monday, but Emily advised me that some carriers do not pick up on weekends, so I added Friday to my availability. I received notice that it would be picked up on Friday, but after waiting almost all day, I called and the carrier themselves confirmed it would be picked up Saturday. Not a big deal, but a little confusing. The guy who picked my car up was thorough, friendly, and very detailed. I did try to email a couple of days before my car arrived to check on it, but got a very late response from Ship A Car Direct. I wasn't super worried about it, so I just waited for the carrier to call me to deliver. He was also great, if not a little hard to understand, and my car was in exactly the same condition plus some dirt, but that's no issue. I would definitely ship with Ship A Car Direct and Unified Auto Transport again if the need arises.

Glad to keep it worry-free for you, Dana! Yes, drive times are hard to predict in advance, so timing estimates are just estimates until your carrier is very close. Sorry that was a little confusing!
