I have shipped cars before and unfortunately a previous experience with a different company led us to feel very skeptical regarding car shipmen again. Fortunately, Ship A Car Direct was a much better experience. Gaby was our contact person and helped us throughout the entire process. She was thorough, returned my phone calls promptly, and continued with great customer service throughout our entire process of shipping our cars. Gaby ensure that our cars were picked up on time, which was very important since we were moving and had no one to leave our keys with in the event of a late pick-up. In addition, the cars arrive 1 day early, which was even more convenient because it saved us money with a car rental. Hopefully we're not doing a cross country move again, but if we do, we will choose Ship A Car Direct again.
