Seeking an auto transport as a regular person is daunting! I filled out one brief questionnaire online at a professional-looking website, promising to estimate my cost. They sent me a cost estimate... and then literally hundreds of calls, texts, emails barraged me. EVERYONE wanted to give me advice, help me out, take my money. Everything smelled like a scam. Overwhelming, intrusive, and very frustrating.

I ignored all of them, and looked for reviews. Ship A Car Direct emerged very well in the reviews, so I called them. Dale answered and was consistently professional and helpful. I like that they give very clear and well-communicated info on how the whole process works. I like that they ship only with insured, bonded companies. And I like that they add their own layer of insurance, to cover my deductible if in fact some damage were to happen to my car.

The job went well, now I have my little car here in Massachusetts, and life is good. Thanks Dale, thanks Ship A Car Direct (tacky name, but who can argue with the search terms?)
