We were very leery about this service having never used a car transporter previously - but in speaking with Matt, he quickly set our minds to ease. We looked at many companies and spoke with many, but in the end are really happy we chose Ship A Car Direct. The process was easy, no hidden costs, everything EXACTLY as stated. We paid Ship A Car Direct their fee and did not pay anything for the transport of the vehicle until it arrived safely at its destination. My daughter met the driver and he was assuring and very professional and was there when he said he would be.

When the car arrived in Mass, we received a call from the driver, he was concerned about the location of drop off so we agreed to meet at a better location, which was actually much more convenient for us and them. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the truck that transported it and how nice the driver(s) were. The car was off the truck and waiting for us when we arrived. We quickly noted the condition of the vehicle (no new scratches or dings) and paid the driver cash- signed the paperwork and drove off. Yes it was that easy. Thank you again, Ship a Car Direct, we will highly recommend you to our friends and family.
