I was not in a hurry and looking for the cheapest, safest mode of transport. Ship a Car Direct was on the high side of the middle, but with so many good reviews I went with them. The car was located in a smaller town in Indiana off the beaten path, so it took a little time for a carrier to want to pick it up, but once that happened the move happened very quick. From pick up to delivery was only 5 days. The car arrived safely with no issues, which in the end was my main concern.

The customer service was okay, when the carrier failed to return my call I contacted Ship a Car Direct and spoke with their Customer Service Representative, he gave me the driver's direct number and from there I was able to coordinate with the driver. In the scheme of things it went very well, on a five day schedule the driver was about 4 hrs late which I don't consider bad at all.

This was a learning experience for me, but all in all I am generally happy with how things went.
