I had an overall great experience with RUS-AL and their driver Mohammed.

The only reason I didn't give full marks was the driver said Thursday afternoon delivery, but due to conditions - did not arrive until midnight. And the pick up yard was closed on Friday, so we had to wait 2 days later than their promised date. Would not have been an issue if I had known that they were closed on Fridays - but they did't mention it up front.

But in the grand scheme - $975 for 5 days coast to coast versus 3 days is not a big deal.

I would use them again for sure since their location was just 3 miles from my parents home.
Kay @ Ship a Car Direct was great, and they did a wonderful job finding the closest drop-off point in the shortest amount of time.
