I was very pleased with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. Tom was excellent; he had a lot of patience and explained all of my concerns and questions so that I thoroughly understood the process. He always answered back my phone calls promptly and always took the time to talk with me each time. My carrier was very easy to reach and allowed me to specifically pick my exact pick up and drop off date and time. The carrier was also very open to communicate giving me his direct cell phone number. Prior to shipping my car I had read many reviews leading me to believe that I would be given very short notice and long time frames for pick up and drop off which was absolutely not the case. I would highly recommend this company to ship your car knowing you can fully trust them, they are reasonably priced, and take the worry out of the whole experience.
