I just want to start off by saying how impressed I was using ship a car direct.

Stefan whom I dealt with was very professional. I voiced my concerns with him as I had a horrible experience in the past with a different carrier. I decided to go with an enclosed carrier as I have a very expensive vehicle.

One BiG concern I had was that I wanted to use an enclosed carrier that DIDNOT have a double deck as my car in the past got damaged from a metal bar from the upper deck falling on it!

I believe Stefan possibly had made special arrangements for me as when the carrier showed up at my home it only had one level and had space for a total of three cars which made me very happy to know that the chances of any problems would be very slim!!!

I have a SUV and I've been told that SUV'S should not be in enclosed carriers due to the fact that they are tall and wider than the lower profile sports cars that you usually see in enclosed carriers.

However I believe if you have a carrier that knows what they are doing and are very careful it shouldn't be an issue. so all you SUV drivers reading this review it is possible to get a qualified carrier with excellent ratings to ship your high end expensive vehicle instead of sacrificing an "open carrier"

When my car arrived it was in perfect condition. My carrier was very polite however English wasn't his first language so a little hard understanding over the phone. he gave me an approximate time from 3 to 5days and it arrived in 3!

I would definitely use ship a car direct in the near future as my husband will be needing to ship his vehicle out in the near future.
