Emily was great at keeping in touch with me. The truck driver never called me before the day before delivery though which was a little inconvenient because I was at work and only got a few hours notice, leading to the car being delivered at my work. Luckily I work at a bank and I was able to get another cashier check because the one I had for the driver was at my house where I had anticipated the delivery to occur. Overall really good with Emily and ship a car direct, could have used more up to date info from the driver. Also the driver came a little late for the pickup and that caused a very last minute situation where my mom had to leave work to go be there for the pickup.
