I decided to go with Ship a Car direct because of their mostly high ratings online. The contact person was very thorough and helpful. The nature of the business is that they contract with other companies that actually move the car, so you are at the mercy of the carrier they assign you to. The car was picked up a day earlier than expected. They estimated that it would arrive across country in a week, but it actually arrived in 4 days. We were not going to be available to take delivery until the estimated date so the car was apparently transferred somewhere for holding. We did have some difficulty arranging an actual delivery time and date but in the end it all worked out and the car was delivered in good condition.
