The overall process went smoothly. When I called to request my car transport, I was assigned a carrier within the same day. The car only took four days to transport from coast to coast. My only issue was I called the carrier three days after the pick up to find out their ETA and the representative told me it would arrive four days after my call. However, around 9PM on the same day, I received a text stating my car would be delivered in the morning. Clearly when I called the representative did not speak to the driver. Overall, I would use the company again.
