I was pleased with my overall experience with Ship a Car Direct. The process was simple and the pricing was fair. I received my car in Boston just two days after it was dispatched from St. Louis. My only complaint is that the driver insisted on meeting me at a highway service plaza that was a 30 minute drive from where I live, due to the size of his truck and the narrowness of Boston streets. That caused me a bit of a headache, but aside from that, I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct.

Thanks for the excellent feedback, Allie! You do bring up an important point: sometimes a carrier requests to meet nearby in order to load/unload safely. This is true in many big cities, but can also comes up for folks who live on tight cul-de-sacs, on hills, or on streets lined with low hanging trees. Sorry for the inconvenience!
